Hidden Crowns Social Club Regulations

By joining Hidden Crowns Social Club, members agree to these rules, regulations, terms, and conditions, and commit to upholding the club’s standards and values in their pursuit of personal and collective growth.

  1. “The Club” may refer to the organization and individual members where applicable.
  2. Members must conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and kindness at all times.
  3. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of belittlement based on race, religion, or cultural background is strictly prohibited.
  4. All members must be respected at all times through in-person and online interactions.
  5. The club must be represented with a positive image, positive words and appearances.
  6. All members must maintain an active subscription by paying membership dues and meeting any required minimum membership participation requirements. Membership dues help cover the costs of events, activities, and administrative expenses.
  7. Any grandfathered members must maintain attendance requirements to keep membership status active.
  8. The Club and members must maintain confidentiality amongst fellow members and outside of the club. Information regarding personal stories and experiences should be handled with care and love as we maintain a safe space and community.
  9. Members should refrain from discussing internal club matters with non-members.
  10. Members must respect committee leaders, board members, and voting timelines with participation and reasonable communication.
  11. Any disputes between members should be resolved amicably and internally. If necessary, The Club Board Members can be approached for mediation.
  12. Conflict resolution, when necessary, will be resolved by Hidden Crowns Board Members as the final conclusion.
  13. Do not share any personal member’s names or content through social media with any persons or places outside of the club.
  14. Any RSVP status changes must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. When RSVP is required, all members must guarantee their participation in events they have announced to attend. Any member that does not show up to an event to which they previously RSVP’d to attend will run the risk of membership cancellation after two occurrences. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Membership

  2. The Hidden Crowns Social Club is open to women aged 28 and above.
  3. Membership can be obtained by paid active membership subscription or personal invitation from Board Members.
  4. All prospective members must pass a selection process that reflects our club’s values.
  5. Membership dues and fees are subject to change at any time.
  6. Board Members reserve the right to approve or deny any membership at any time.
  7. Serious breaches of conduct may result in suspension or expulsion from the club.
  8. Any member removed due to conflict or disruptive behavior will not receive a refund of membership dues or any kind.
  9. Membership status can be revoked once a member had two no call/no shows to an event that requires RSVP.
  10. Membership can be terminated by the member with written notice to the club committee.
  11. The club reserves the right to terminate membership due to breach of rules, non-payment of dues, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the values of Hidden Crowns.

These rules and regulations may be amended as necessary, with proper notice given to all members. Members are expected to abide by any changes made to the club’s rules, regulations, terms, and conditions.
